Mini Grappling Competition @ BUDO Academy 9am-1pm: Gi events (Ground work) 1pm-4pm: No gi events (Wrestling)
I'll be entering both events. Wish me luck guys! FIRE UP! Push it to the limits, pain is only temporary while Glory is forever! However if i lose, it only shows that my opponent has trained harder than me. We go in and do our best. Try, and try, and keep trying. The true winner gives his best fight.

watch your weight rainer •
HELOOOO!
Tiring day at school today.
After school i went to clementi to make an attempt to extend my student fare. THEY TOLD ME I HAD TO CALL UP FIRST! Wtf. So i wasted my bus fare there.
After that i came home and conditioned a little. Push ups, pull ups, chin ups, leg raises, bicep curls, handstands and im done. Tired, i went to check my weight and... WTF IM 65kg! WTF WTF WTF! I gained 3kg in like 4 weeks. I cant go over 66kg cause i intend to play in the under 66 catogary for Nationals. Damn crap i need to go running.
Gained 3kg of muscle mass, so i dont intend to lose weight by losing the muscles. I NEED TO RUN!
Eating cheesecake from Coffee Bean now. Mmmmmm.
Okay and im going to nap now. GOODNIGHT! :D Haha.

Drained •
Welcome back to JUDO Training. Feeling like shit now and damn tired as usual. I've got no energy to do anything and i just feel like sleeping. But what he heck, training isn't anything yet. The real training has yet to come. But this is all just part of preparation for Nationals, got to push myself to the limits.
Pain is only temporary, while Glory is forever. What it takes to become somebody.
