So anyway Seventeen Summer Beach Party occurred afew days back so i've got

Im sure all 20 of us participants had fun during the event cause i know i did!
So, the day started really early. We had to meet at wavehouse sentosa in the morning to practice and rehearse for the fashion show which was only at 3pm. The sun was fucking awesome so i managed to get somewhat more tanned :D

My lean diet has been working out well so far,

Today-

Met Theodore, Micah and Jasmine for extremely late lunch at FISH & CO @ ION.

I had this awesome Swordfish collar or something like that i cant remember what its called. HAHA.

IT WAS FUCKING GOOD. YET UNHEALTHY. CAUSE IT WAS FREAKIN FRIED. But who cares, food was good, company was awesome (:

BUT THATS NO REASON I SHOULDNT BE DIETING.

Anyway, i had work at 5pm. and at 4.50pm i was still at ION. OMFG RIGHT?! I realised soon after the four of us stepped into topman, that i had freaking 8mins to get to work. And so i left.

At ION B2, Marcus called to say, "rainer, you have 6 more mins before the thumb in machine hits 5pm." FUCKKK AND SO I RAN. I TOOK OFF MY FLOP FLOPS AND RAN TO HEEREN WTF. HAHA! AND GUESS WHAT? I THUMBED IN EXACTLY AT 5pm! MEANS I CAN RUN DAMN FREAKING FASTTT HOHOHO! HAHAHAHA. Okay whateever.

I've got school tomorrow at 10am!

So i get to sleep an hour more.

Oh like that would make any diff. I'll still feel damn sleepy during lectures.

I've been really busy, with work, school and trainings.

And i havent been running so i NEED to find time during the week to run cause RAINER IS GETTING FAT.

Magnum trainings are getting more tough, or atleast i feel so.

But i will hang in there. This is NOTHING compared to what i went through for the last two years. Trainings till i puke?

Or maybe cause this just the beginning.

TRAININGS ON MONDAYS AND WEDNESDAYS JUST AINT ENOUGH.

RAINER IS FUCKING UNHAPPY! FUCKING WEATHER IS AGAINST ME. Got me fucking pissed today.

Yesterday -
I shall explain yesterday first.
I ended school and, Brandon and I were supposed to get to Lavander. We had to take 154 and change to 67 to get there. So we fucking waited DAMN LONG for 154 at NP while MANY of 67s and other buses passed us. Eventually we got on the bus and we had to change to 67 soon after. We got down and FUCKING WAITED DAMN LONG while we watched many many MANY 154s pass. Weather was FUCKING HOT. Made me perspire like some dog.

AND, while we were on the bus IT FUCKING RAINED. And suddenly turned fucking cold? AND RAINER CAUGHT FLU. FUCKFUCKFUCK.
At 5 i had work and i was sneezing and fixing my nose most of the time. Wtf. FREAKIN FLU ONE DAY BEFORE MY PHOTOSHOOT?

After work my nose was at it's worst condition. Work ended at 10 and i had to rush home to catch some sleep because I NEEDED TO WAKE UP AT 4.45am THE NEXT DAY FOR MY PHOTOSHOOT.
With my fucked nose, and not enough sleep, how was i supposed to be in good condition for the photoshoot? Fuck the weather seriously.

Today -
Woke up feeling a little better. My nose wasnt fucking me in the morning. Things went QUITE WELL, although i could have been in a better condition for the Photoshoot if not for work. What more could i ask for.

Went to WAVEHOUSE for Seventeen's magazine Photoshoot.
PHOTOSHOOT WENT FINE. My nose was just bugging me at SOME times. But either than that, i wasn't sneezing like some retard. :D

Went to eat after the photoshoot with some of the other contestants from the Shoot. They were NICE PEOPLE :D

Left for school at 2plus.
NOSE STARTED BEING A BITCH AGAIN.
I had to rush home to fix my nose and put down my stuff before i returned to NP for the Freshmen Dance Party!

Weather was bloody hot as usual, i was perspiring like mad while my nose was leaking.
Took 184 home, and after i stepped out of the shelter, fucking thunder greeted me and FUCKING STARTED TO POUR. I GOT FREAKIN DRENCHED. TO MAKE MATTERS WORST, THERE WASNT THE USUAL SHELTER FROM THE BUS STOP AND I HAD TO RUN ONE BIG ROUND IN THE RAIN. TOO MAKE MATTERS EVEN MORE FUCKED UP, WHILE I WAS RUNNING AND AS I REACHED THE STAIRS, IT WAS FUCKING FLOODED. I HAD TO RUN THROUGH AND GET MY SHOES SOAKED.

And so i reached home drenched, i had to bathe and change my attire.
Two days filled with shit so I had to party my hearts out.
And here i am at home now.
AND IM SICK.
FUCK. I hope i'll recover soon so i can resume my training and my lean diet.
Im going off to sleep now.

First day of school! Woke up super early, and dragged my sleepy butt to school. I seriously didnt feel like attending lessons.
Reached school at 9am sharp, AND I COULDNT FIND MY CLASS.
Found my class in the end, only after 20mins. I went in, i dont know i just felt damn weird. Everyone was so quiet. I felt damn SIAN. I stonned there for one hour, copied some notes, and off to my next class...

AND THIS WAS WHERE I HAD FUN BABEH!! HAHA.
This was also the hour where i texted the most. CAUSE I WAS FREAKING BORED.

These few days has really been tiring. Fucking stressed and all.
1. For the past 2 days i had Job Training at NUM.
2. I have been studying for my Basic Theory Test (WHICH I DIDNT GO FOR AND I'll COME BACK TO THAT LATER)
3. Im SUPPOSED to have my course Induction tomorrow

Okay actually nothing much. Just the Job Trainings taking up lots of time. HAHA.

AND i was supposed to rush off for my Basic Theory Test at Bukit Batok.
My Basic Theory Test WHICH i've been studying really hard for the past few days.

Life has been smooth sailing lately, and i've got this wonderful girl, Karen whom i love a lot and i'll be fucking inhuman if i'd hurt her after all that she's done.

Juniors, training quite hard. Wait actually no, they're just improving a lot with their handstands and flips AND IM PROUD OF THEM.

2009 over, just like that, another year has gone by.

I havent been blogging these few days, cause lots of shit has been happening.
Not only to me but to the people around me.

Anyway,
NEW YEARS EVE.
Met Belle, Candice, Clara, Peilin, Kenny and Michaela at Marina.
Walked around, waited for the rest of the clique to come.
Too bad i had to leave before i could see the rest,
needed to make my way to Singapore Flyer to meet Aldrich and Eugene cause we were going
SILOSO BEACH PARTY BABEHHH!

But wtf, i had a tough time getting there,
the freaking police blocked all the routes, made me walk to raffles from esplenade and back to marina and then to flyer.
Reached the flyer, waited for Aldrich and Gene to end work, and ended up leaving flyer at 11.15.
AND SO WE THOUGHT WE HAD ENOUGH TIME TO GET TO SENTOSA BY 12, we were freaking wrong. HAHA.

I spent my last 45mins of 2009 jumping over barricades, getting chased from security guards, running across roads JUST TO GET TO THE MRT STATION. In the end we only reached the mrt station at about 11.55pm. HAHA.

FINALLY STARTED WORK!

After thinking it over, for a really long time,
I'VE DECIDED TO CUT MY HAIR JUST FOR WORK AT RITZ CARLTON!!
So i got my hair cut at Chapter2 at Marina, and the following day i was off to work already.
5.30pm to 12am earned me $42.25!!!!
That was last thursday.
Well i worked again at ritz carlton on Sunday which earned me another $42.25!! HAHA.

And yesterday i started working at another place.
''O'Learrys Sports Bar and Grill'' !!! 5pm to 10.30pm earned me $38.50!! WHOOOO!
And just today, i got $42!

KAY, work shit aside. IT WAS BAI's BIRTHDAY YESTERDAY!

Today-
Went Sentosa with some of the Red Campers. Couldnt spend much time there though since i was working at 5. Work went well, QUICK SLACK, got 42bucks just for working 6hours. GOOD OR WHAT! HAHA! Met Aldrich, and he made us some pasta which was really nice. AS IN THE PASTA TASTED GREAT! FUCK!

WHOOOOO! STANDARD CHARTED MARATHON, -F U C K I N G- CLEARED!

Feeling fucking accomplished right now.
Even though i cant walk. Seriously cant walk, this isnt the kind of '''post judo training - cant walk''. Every step i take hurts like hell. Cheebye..

So last night,
Bernard slept over so it would be more convenient for my dad to fetch us.
Slept at about 1, woke up at 4, had our Powerbars, bathed, changed, got ready for the big run!

left the house to pick Uncle Clement up,
reached The Padang at about 5.10am.

Getting ready for the big run.
I was feeling damn nervous, being my first time running a marathon.
Went to toilet, cleared my pee, and i was off.

The Run-
Started off at 6am.
Good start, nice cooling weather to run, LOTS OF ADRENALINE RUSH!
I flew past the first 15km without any problems,
but once i hit east coast park, i just died.
The sun was up, the weather started to kill, and people were slowly giving up.
The sight of people walking wasnt encouraging at all.
At 20km, i couldnt take it anymore.
Every single step made my calf, thighs and hamstring cramp.
My foot felt like shit, my right knee was busted, and my left hamstring was about to tear.
For the rest of the marathon, i had to walk, run, walk run, walk run.
I needed some Deep Heat or Counter Pain BADLY.
But every first aid stop just didnt have anymore left.
Endured the fucking pain, and managed to get to the 35km mark.
EVERYONE was walking by then.
Some were even lying on the ground.
I knew i was almost there, just 7km more.
My mind wanted to carry on, but my body was telling me to just stop.
Walking and slow Jogs got me through to the 40km mark.
THE PAIN WAS UNBEARABLE!
Limping all the way to the 42km mark, where i started running for the last 195metres. HAHA!
The feeling of being able to see the Finishing Line was AWESOME!

I couldnt believe its over!!

I took 6hours plus to complete it though.
But i didnt expect much as it was my first time running a marathon.
I definitely wont stop here, MORE MARATHONS FOR RAINER!

Must i mention,
that im FUCKING NERVOUS FOR TOMORROW!
42km man! Its no joke distance! Well atleast for me..
I really hope i'll be able to complete it, 5hours would be good..

Seriously need to relax now. FUCKING TENSED!
Anyway, tuesday was well spent.
Woke up in the morning and headed to SMU to help Sir teach the students there how to Grapple.
Overall they're rather strong! Oh well what could i expect from 20+ year olds.
Had loads of fun Grappling there, cause the people there were REALLY FRIENDLY.

After Grappling, tim and i had lunch with Sir.
THANKS SIR, FOR FILLING OUR STOMACHS!
And after lunch we headed to collect my Standard Charted race pack at expo.
WHERE I WAS INTERVIEWED! HAHA! The race pack contained lots of free samples,
which were to be used on the race day. Not bad eh.

Headed to town next to meet Bai, wanted to look for a job but since we're all damn tired, we ended up slacking at Aldrich's work place. BISTRO SENSO at The Singapore Flyer. WHOO!

The 3 of us helped Aldrich and Eugene carry chairs.. And the result?
FREE FOOD FROM THE MANAGER! HAHAHA!

Well actually the FREE FOOD were the left overs from the event that just ended. BUT WHO CARES! Choco puffs, Chicken pies, Smoked Salmon, Calamari.. HAHA!

Slacked for afew hours. Aldrich's manager was nice enough to let us stay there even though the restraunt was supposed to be closed.
Ended up taking 75 home at 11plus.
Thats about it for tuesday.

and tomorrow is MY BIG DAY!
First time i'll be running 42km.

Anyway Os were finally OVER, FUCKING OVER, like weeks ago. I've been enjoying my post-Os so far, reason being i havent started WORK YET!
Work? Just went for interview today at Ritz Carlton. Followed by getting my ear stud and some new HAIR PRODUCT! Ear studs cost me 39bucks while the MATT GUM cost me 15.

AES CCA Camp '09-
it actually started on the last day of red camp but i couldnt make it. And so i have no idea what went on for the first day. HOWEVER, the second day was FUCKING FUN MAN! I promised my teacher i would be there early in the morning for breakfast and so i was.

Arrived in school at 8am to get some breakfast cause everyone would be leaving for DRAGONBOATING at 8.45am.
And so we Judokas left, had HELL LOTS OF FUN IN THE BUS. (as usual..)
Arrived at SDBA, luckily it didnt rain. Weather was good. Dragonboating was FUCKING FUN. Judokas OWNED ONCE AGAIN.

After a morning of rowing, we headed to east coast park where it FUCKING RAINED. Got us stuck in macs for hours. Eventually the rain stopped and we were able to have our BBQ.

SHAGGED DAY! The Softball team, Floorball team, and Judokas headed back to school. I dont know what the other two CCAs were planning to do once they reached school, but Rainer had his ipod ready to plug into the speakers in the DOJO and the Judokas were FUCKING READY TO PARTY! WHOOOOOOOOO!

at 12.30am, Bernard came.
FLIPPED FLIPPED FLIPPED till 2am. OH the male Judokas got to sleep in the dojo. Freaking crash mats were so damn comfortable. HAHA! Imagine sleeping on mats that are able to cushion you from a freaking high fall. WHOOOOO!

After getting some good sleep, we woke up at 5am. Brought our juniors for morning PT in the middle of the whole school. Followed by the OPEN HOUSE.
im working on a video now. Oh wait its ready, just that no fucking site wants to take it. Facebook, Youtube, Metacafe.. ALL THESE SITES HAVE SOME FREAKING PROBLEM WITH ME ALL OF A SUDDEN.

After i got back from the camp i was DAMN SHAGGED. Like i just bathed and when i stepped out of the bathroom, i just lied on the floor and knocked out. Its been 3 days and im still aching damn badly. Worst still yesterday morning i took 15mins to get out of bed. D;

As you can see in my previous post,
MY BACKFLIP ATTEMPTS!
Okay after that went home to post my videos and shit,
headed to Bernard's house.
Slept there cause we were SUPPOSED to go to Sentosa the following day!
But nooooooooooooo, because of some last minute arrangements,
we didnt make it to Sentosa.

Saturday-
At 2plus i left Bernard's house for pasir ris.
HAPPY BITHDAY ZI XIANG!
stayed there all the way till 2am, followed by Yasin sending me home on his bike.
FREAKING FUN all the way back to panjang from pasir ris.
Anyway there at pasir ris, i got to catch up with my old sec4 mates, and FUCK WE'VE ALL CHANGED SO MUCH! Brings back all the good memories, damn happy to see all of them! :D

Reached home at 4am, slept, woke up for mass, felt FREAKING SLEEPY during mass, followed by Trilogy, felt damn shagged after Trilogy.
Went home after that, studied, while studying i fell asleep, woke up at 7, called for pizza, had dinner, studied, and here i am online now. LIKE FUCKING 23 MORE DAYS TO Os! SCARED OR WHAT!?!

I've been really restless lately. Sitting in the class, going through my work, and suddenly the Adrenaline Rush would get hold of me OR i'll start thinking about stuff. Then i'll start thinking about this Friday, THE BIG DAY! How i would go about doing whatever flip, if it was gona be a success. Or will i just crash on my head and go home with an injury. WTF! Adrenaline drives you.

not much time to blog yeah.

Anyway, so much has happened lately,
but i'll only mention a few.

First first first,
MY D&T Coursework results!
My teacher said that i've got myself a 'B' for my Coursework itself.
WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! All those effort didn't go to waste after all.
Oh and anyway i'll still have to work on my Theory, which would be shit hard since im new to all of it.
Not forgetting my other subjects, and Os is ONE FREAKING MONTH AWAY! WTF!!! WTF wtf WTF! HA!

Oh yeah and i failed to mention something that happened quite sometime ago.
I signed up for..The Standard Charted Marathon. And im in deep shit, 42km! HAHAHAHA!
Was supposed to enter with Bernard this year, and so i signed up first. I then told him to sign up since i've already signed up, and in the process, WOW WE REALISED THAT YOU HAVE TO BE 18 AND ABOVE. Fuck you Standard Charted! HAHA! (I dont mean it!)
Like wtf, and slowly i started to realise, 42km is FUCKING LONG! OMG! The furthest i've ran was to town, and that was just 17km. Do the math, 17km aint even half of 42. HAHAHAH! And and and i was already dying. HAHA RAINER! Laugh at yourself. You're in deep shit! Oh well. Think of Os first.

And now, lately i've been feeling this
URGE TO DO THE BACKFLIP! BUT IM SO FUCKING SCARED! Yes i am. Like how is it normal looking at stuff in the opposite direction and swinging your face backwards?! BUT WHAT THE HECK, someone has got to do it.

Anyway, i've been partying for the past few days. But i DID STUDY TOO OKAY!

Today,
Had Chem Paper 2 for PRELIMS.
The paper was really hard. REALLY HARD! But oh well, what can i do now.

After the paper i went home to club in my own room. HAHA!
Followed by TRAINING later on in the afternoon.
TRAINING WAS FUCKING TIRING! I guess this what you get for being away from the dojo for a long time.
Training was only 1/8 of toughness compared to last time and WTF I WAS FREAKING SHAGGED FROM IT.

SCREWED day today! But awesome. Haha!

First thing in the morning, had my geography paper for Prelims.
Was okay? Not easy not hard. Or maybe cause i couldnt concentrate the night before. HA!

After the geog paper, went to EAT at Rail Mall.
As we walked pass, fucking saw our principal in there.
WTF. Didint freaking feel comfortable eating in the same place with our principal.
SO WEIRD. And we were making fun of the situation.
AND What if we were walking up to order food, and he suddenly shouts something like, "rainer! tuck in your shirt."
And when we get to school the next day he'll probably make a fool of us infront of the entire school.HAHAHAHA! Okay thinking too much.

Anyway after that we returned to school to work on our D&T Course Work. Which was stupid.Cause D&T is so freaking boring.

Towards the end, as usual, we would be foolin around.
Just that this time, it was in the workshop.

Anyway, went to Sentosa today with Bernard.

woke up early in the morning for church,

guess what guess what,
I've FINALLY CALLED CARRIE MODELS! HAHA!

They arranged for me to meet the stylist today.
So i woke up early, 9.30am! ITS EARLY FOR ME OKAY!
And my dad drove me to the location, went in, stylist talked about how to pose and all. Hahahhahaa. Oh and there was another girl there too, another model, who was DAMN TALL! Okay la, quite tall, and im damn short. So my shortness sort of made her taller. HAHA.

ANYWAY, the stylist said i had to invest in more clothes. Like more formal ones, cause it think my whole wardrobe consisted of mostly tank tops, running shirts, running shorts, judo gi.. HAHA. Wtheck, and all my shoes were shoes for sports. I needed more formal wear, and a pair of formal shoes please. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, AND YES I GOT THEM! WHOOO! HAHA.

After that went to vivo to shop for my stuff!

I've been busy recently studying, making quite a bit of progress. Still a long way more to go though. I'll hang in there (:

Anyway, im working on a new video. With clips taken from the Judo Nationals, of JUDOKAS from none other than Assumption.
We should be using this video for next year's CCA Open House, and im also looking forward to using it to help get me into FSV! The course i wana take in NP. WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

So far, heres what i came up with.
Quite a few changes i forgot to add in, and the last part of the video is empty. I have no idea what i should place in it.
You guys have any suggestions? Like maybe include a little of parkour and freerunning, which i'll then have to take more videos.

and im FUCKING PROUD of my juniors! HAHA. Judo Nationals Team Events went well, As usual, more of the Glory came from the Girls.

For the boys, shit la, first time competing so don't expect much. MEDAL WAITING FOR YOU GUYS NEXT YEAR! Better fucking get it.

Team events was different compared to Individuals. THEY GOT TO SKIP THE WHOLE DAY OF SCHOOL WTF! Were allowed to go down to the reflection room at the start of school to meditate. Eh what the fuck, why didnt we have this for Individuals. Freaking lame. Anyway, both days i was down with them. And for some reason, i got damn high in the reflection room. Dont blame me, im rainer. HAA!

We weren't allowed to go up to the hall straight away, expect the H1N1 shit checking. So everyone was quarantined in this hall below the fighting grounds.

Actually, the number you do isn't really important. I count so that i can tell if i've improved or gotten stronger. The important thing is to use all the energy and strength you've got, and when you drop to the ground and find that you're not able to get up, you know you've pushed yourself to your limits.

Today was much better compared to yesterday.
Afternoon i went to run. TOPLESS! Hoping to get some tan to fix my bloody white spots.
Ran to somewhere after railmall, some condo and i realised that the road ahead was SHADED by trees. And so i turned back.

After a good run, i was freaking drained. Too tired to do anything else, i just lay in the balcony and slept.

Woke up, went to plaza, bought 2 packets of Chicken Breast Fillet. HAHA.

SENTOSA! Just that today i went there for another purpose. The Siloso Hot Bods finalists had to make an appearence at the Beach from 3-5pm.

But before that, i went there with Bernard to TAN for awhile. And SHIT im peeling now. WTF.

So anyway, met the other finalists at Beach Station at 3pm. We had to walk around promoting the "Lifes a BEACH" event which will be happening next Saturday from 12pm till late (:
Guys please come if you're free!

We walked around, sprayed water at the public, stuck our "Vote For ME HOTBOD stickers" on them, distributed flyers. The hunks went around topless while the babes were in their bikinis. Tomorrow will be another day of Pre-Publicity. It'll be fun! :D

After school, TRAINING. Wasnt proper training as they were having a photo shoot in the dojo, so we had to use the outside corridor of the dojo.

Mr Kumar asked me to bring judokas to carry down 4 GYM MATS! WHOOOOO! 2 Crash landing mats and 2 (whatever) jumping mats.

After an hour of screaming and shouting, i survived Shutter. HAHA. In the afternoon, Jeremy came over and we were supposed to study. Ended up watching SHUTTER! Thai version, no joke. To add to the shit, we were scaring each other through out the whole movie non stop. NON-STOP.

After training, cousin came to the dojo! I mean outside cause no one else is allowed into the dojo because of some asshole who rarely trains, "LOSING" his wallet. Oh well, shall not bring that up. HAHA.

SENTOSA TODAY! :D

Went Sentosa with Timothy and Randal today. We were feeling HIGH CLASS so guess where we ended up tanning at?

CAFE DEL MARHaha! All the Caucasians tanning there. WHOOOOOOOOOOO! Tan, eat and drink. :DFreaking swimming pool there where you could just chill at, with a pool bar! Damn cool shit.

Anyway we left Sentosa at about 4pm, for CHOW's PARTY!

Long time since i've last blogged.

Anyway, i've been rather busy recently.
Just received a disc from my coach, asking me to edit and compile all the videos from the Judo Nationals. Wth. In total the whole video was 2hours 30mins. If the video was cut into a few parts, my job would have been much easier. Haha!

Anyway i've left the com on the WHOLE NIGHT, last night just to convert the video into a format which would enable me to edit. Now i still have to cut the video into a few parts before all the editing can begin.

Bored bored bored. I was so bored the day before yesterday that i went to edit my second match in Nationals. HAHA. Here it is...
